Certified DDP Therapists

All certified DDP therapists have fulfilled the requirements set by the Board of DDPI to become a Certified DDP Therapist.  This consists in successfully completing  a minimum of 56 hours of training in the core principles of DDP (training conducted by a Certified DDP Trainer) as well as engaging in a practicum consisting in a minimum of ten sessions of consultation on samples of their clinical practice using DDP (practicum conducted by a Certified DDP Consultant).  Their clinical work was approved by two Certified DDP Consultants as meeting the standards of treatment of DDP that have been set by the Board of DDPI.

These therapists are now eligible to list themselves as Certified DDP Therapists in describing their professional clinical practice.
